Chaplaincy’s Policy

The Department of Chaplaincy serves is one of the departments operating under the division of student affairs;

  • To minister to the spiritual needs of the entire university (students and staff and their families) in times of celebration and mourning.  The Chaplain coordinates and conducts university campus community services, special ceremonies and Christian associations;



The Chaplaincy acknowledges the unique role of providing spiritual guidance, counselling and pastoral care to the students, staff and families of the RCU, to be a community which fosters the spiritual dimension of life and celebrate the diversity of God’s gift to the University.


Student Affairs


To accomplish set objectives, the Student Support Services provides services to enhance students' academic success, personal skills, and social skills. Providing services in these areas corresponds to the University's mission to support students' intellectual development, personal growth, and community advancement.
