The department of Sports and Recreation emphasizes on inclusivity bringing students with disabilities, non-disabled and staff together; promoting good health; self-development; leadership skills;  inspiring and thrilling ; shapes people and teaches them to handle winning and losing  in short, sport and recreation will build individuals holistically.

Vision

To facilitate, develop and enable Sport and Recreation opportunities to Reformed Church University inclusive community with equal opportunities to all levels of competences and staff members in an inclusive manner.

Mission

  • To develop our inclusive community holistically valuing each member of the university through sports and recreation..
  • Raising awareness among students and members of staff on adapted sports and recreation in an inclusive way.
  • Improves neuroplasticity, blood flow, attention, mood and decreased stress.
