About Reformed Church University Sports

The Department of Sports and Recreation, developed the mandate to uphold and enhance the University’s vision and mission of bringing adapted sports in an inclusive manner. The department strive to build students and members of staff development through physical activities in a holistic approach.

Overview

The department of sport and recreation emphasizes on inclusivity bringing students with disabilities, non-disabled and staff together; promoting good health; self-development; leadership skills;  inspiring and thrilling ; shapes people and teaches them to handle winning and losing  in short, sport and recreation will build individuals holistically.
