Faculty Of Inclusivity

Our Mission

We strive to create an inclusive environment that empowers all students, inclusive of those with with various impairments, for them to become responsible graduates who champion diversity and equality.

History of Institute of Inclusivity

The institute’s major aim is to promote an equitable environment and atmosphere “where  everyone is cared for and none is neglected,” (RCU Strategic Document, 2020-2024). This is in   in alignment with the 2030 national agenda of leaving no one and no place behind. It is also supported by the Persons With Disability Act of (2025) and the United Nations Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities (UNCRPD, 2006). The overall idea embraces human diversity, for example, disability, ethnicity, gender, race and various other groups of people. Since disability is a cross-cutting issue, this institute, in its disability-specificity, will consistently and continuously remind all departments of the Niche area of the institution. It will work towards making Reformed Church University a worldwide model institution of inclusivity whose best practice will benefit all.
